How we ship
Worldwide Delivery
Every Serene order is delivered within 7 to 14 days, to every country. Complimentary shipping on all orders over £150; a flat £5.95 below that.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to return
- Email contact@serenee.shop with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label where available.
- Pack your item in its original box and drop off at any post office.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Non-returnable items
Custom-engraved pieces, personalised gift cards, and earrings (for hygiene) are final sale.
